Mots-clés : internship, wikini, wiki My study of Customer Relation Management and E-commerce consisted of a short internship from 04 to 22 December 2006. I got my experience at the Low Normandy Exchanger (EBN), a resource and training centre of Information and Communication Technologies (TIC) of the region Low Normandy. Established in October 2001, its objective is allowing the liberal professionals, the firms, the collectivities and the various institutions to learn the technologies, to follow (even to anticipate) its evolutions and to apply on theirs activities. The EBN is expert on dematerialization and E-health. It’s also a training center of various themes, which are creation of websites, e-trade, the Computer securities, Motilities, High flow, the Domotique and News services. My project of internship was to create a “shell” of a WiKi site. This site would be the equivalent of a catalogue and a documentation base and it would come to facilitate the research of information concerned to EBN’s training. This project consisted three tasks: Ø Reclassifying the modules of EBN’s training Ø Choosing a WiKi’s solution Ø Creating WiKi’s pages My first task was to rearrange the modules of EBN training programs. Before that, EBN’s trainers had created a catalogue gathering the whole of the services and the sets of teaching themes. This classification would clear up the themes and subjects that EBN was being occupied. However, the firms asked for more and more not only technical knowledge, but also a good application of these techniques in a correct context. In order to complete this request, the EBN wanted to reclassify its modules based on the needs of people who come to order a training course (firms, communities, liberal professions…) After finishing the first task, I carried out a comparative analysis of WiKi’s solutions. The result of this analysis showed us the WiKiNi solution that corresponded to the EBN’s needs: applying small structures which were free and simple to use. Once we had validated the WiKi’s solution, I began the creation of the site. This site was created with the purpose of privacy and so, it was tended to reserve to EBN’s members only. A common account which was protected by login and password, and created for the EBN’s trainers and the contents of WiKi’s pages could be constantly modified by the EBN’s members. Working on WiKi site was rather complex because the method of coding of presentation of a WiKi page doesn’t resemble that of a Web page. It is obliged to exclusively work on the codes. To conclude, the principal of my project was accomplished. The shell of the WiKi site was created with the PrincipalPage and other detail pages. The majority of WiKi functions were activated and/or added. There remains a great part, the access controls, to carry out and some small spots to improve the site.
